Our Commitment

Conformance Status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.
Legal Basis
- UK Equality Act 2010 — Organisations providing goods and services must make reasonable adjustments to avoid placing disabled people at a substantial disadvantage.
- Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations 2018 (PSBAR) — Public sector websites and apps must meet WCAG 2.1 AA and publish an accessibility statement.
- European Accessibility Act 2025 — In force since June 2025, applies to organisations providing services to EU consumers.
Technical Specification
SummitBridge Horizon relies on the following technologies for conformance with WCAG 2.2: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WAI-ARIA. These technologies are relied upon for conformance.
Assessment Approach
SummitBridge Horizon assesses accessibility through:
- Automated testing using axe-core (industry standard)
- Regular scheduled scans (minimum monthly)
- Tamper-evident scan reports (SHA-256 sealed)
