AI Model Cards

For each AI system SBH operates, we maintain a structured model card following EU AI Act Annex IV technical documentation §1–§9 and ENISA AI cybersecurity recommendations. Cards are reviewed quarterly and updated whenever a material change occurs.

Each card covers: intended purpose, training/validation/test data description, performance metrics, identified hazards + mitigations, human oversight measures, version history, harmonised standards applied, conformity assessment route, post-market monitoring plan, and Article 13 transparency to affected persons.

Other products: minimal-risk (AI-branded, no Annex III category) and not-AI (compliance trackers, templates, checklists without AI inference) products do not require formal model cards under EU AI Act. Their risk classification is recorded in Product.metadata.ai_act_classification and is accessible on request.
